The D&R d.o.o., an Italian capital company with legal headquarters in Rijeka, through its own competences, carries out its activity in an entrepreneurial ambient offering service in the land selling sector and of the realisation of industrial constructions with the “turnkey” formula.
The company offers new economic opportunities to the Italian and foreign entrepreneurs interested in the expansion of their companies on the emerging markets and in particular the one in Croatia that is currently going through a phase of strong growth and economical development. In fact the D&R d.o.o. disposes of its own industrial; artisanal and buildable commercial land by lots that are prevalently located in Croatia, in the industrial areas of Rijeka and Opatija.
