We avail ourselves of our highly specialized personnel, always updated trough specific training courses; we are able to operate in full respect of the regulations in force in matter of safety and reclamation of asbestos polluted sites. After an accurate inspection of the site to reclaim, we furnish the preparation of all the documentation necessary to obtain the relative permissions from the competent health corporations.

Why remove the asbestos?
REMOVAL
Definitively eliminates the problem, with the complete removal of the old covering, but it requires the successive application of a new one according to law regulation, suitable to the construction structure.
The method is resolutive and it includes the preparation of a working plan and various forms for the collection and the conferment of the asbestos fibro-cement, with the writing up of documentation which our office can to carry out completely.

ENCAPSULATION
It consists in holding the covering, operating in a way that there are no releases of dangerous fibres.
The reclamation is done through the treatment of the asbestos fibro-cement manufactured articles with penetrating and covering products which englobe the asbestos fibres, forming a membrane to protect the support itself.
The system foresees, from the owner’s side, a periodical verification of the endurance of the intervention since the encapsulating product may deteriorate in time creating the necessity to repeat the treatment.
The costs are relatively limited because the material is not removed.

CONFINEMENT
It consists in the installation of a holding barrier, impact resistant which separates the material containing asbestos from the occupied areas.
This barrier, ideal for easily accessible surfaces and for limited areas, can be built with various materials and must be kept in good conditions through a maintenance programme.
