Academy Degano
The 2023/2024 Degano Academy project
Creating a corporate Academy involves building a physical and/or virtual space dedicated to the development of people and their skills, which in turn represents the growth of the company as a whole. As such, the Academy becomes the heart of a constantly evolving ecosystem in which employees, potential new recruits, suppliers and clients learn to exchange and acquire new know-how and expertise.
The corporate Academy guarantees the growth of a highly qualified and competitive team and opens the way for the employment of young talent, carefully trained by the company according to the skills that are required. The Academy provides the company with additional benefits:
- It increases the involvement, motivation and ultimately the retention of staff
- It helps to establish and promote a corporate culture and the use of a common language throughout the organisation

Production Area
Professional development programmes jointly implemented by Adecco and the Degano Academy, aimed at training and integrating 3 young apprentices and supporting the transfer of information by training internal tutors specialised in information exchange systems. External advertising campaigns to promote the partnership between Adecco and Degano and to increase awareness among young people, who are the main target of the plan.
- Adecco/Degano apprentice and tutor training
- Specific training with the Accademia della Piegatura (Metal Bending Academy) for technical department tutors, apprentices and production staff working with Warcom bending machines.
Construction Site Area
Training courses centred on the UNI21000997_EIT standard for Construction Sheet Metalwork. Training provided by:
- Mazzonetto SPA – Metal supplier – The Skin Academy training/school for sheet metal workers
- Moltiplika Srl – Strategic commercial training and the monitoring of work phases and the performance of site processes.
Sales area
training courses covering the leading resale brands. Activities designed for both staff and clients operating in the sector. Promotional area – training sessions with a certificate of attendance focused on product use and on-site meetings for in-depth study of specific technical features of the products.

Activities with the 3rd CAT (Costruzioni, Ambiente e Territorio – Construction, Environment and Territory) class and the 3rd MEC (Meccanica – Mechanical Engineering) class
A Partnership Project with OSM-EDU. The objective was to meet and support the mapping of the talents of the new generations and to understand the involvement and commitment towards a job in the fields of construction and mechanical engineering.
